Role Summary:
The Pre-Sales Customer Success Manager is responsible to identify, evaluate, cultivate, support and contribute to sales for QMasters. The Customer Success Manager is a full time, individual contributor position responsible for creating, successfully developing and assisting to close sales opportunities and insure customer success.

Job Description:
Design and develop security solutions to meet customer / tender requirements.
Diagnose customer’s IT network, systems and cybersecurity needs.
Architect proposed cybersecurity solutions.
Provide technical support to Sales Team in product function, solution application, qualifying prospects and crafting sales strategies.
Develop compelling, original cybersecurity content to help promote company’s offerings.
Participate In strategy meetings with Marketing Team, analyze potential markets and technologies.
Conduct solution-provider oriented webinars and provide support for strategic meetings & events.
Requirements: (Candidates with the following cyber security domains' experience preferred)
SIEM, SOAR, Network Security, Analytics, Security Use Case definitions, EDR, Intelligence and NDR.
In depth technology understanding.
Python & PowerShell – advantage.
Team player and ability to work independently with good written, oral and customer facing skills
Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop and qualify sales leads and pursue sales opportunities from inbound lead generation activities to fulfill sales targets and insure a successful customer experience.
Utilize consultative selling approach to evaluate customers’ business needs and pain points
Effectively communicate QMasters’ solutions & value proposition; applying QMasters’ unique capabilities & solutions to customer needs.
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional sales experience in data & network security sales.
Prior pre-sales experience in SIEM, SOAR, Network Security, Analytics, Security Use Case definitions, EDR, Intelligence and NDR.
Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to other service providers, channel partners, and direct sales to B2B & B2G End Users.
Proven track record of delivering over quota.
BSCS/BA/MBA or equivalent and applicable work experience.
Solid sales (hunter) personality highly motivated to drive revenue growth
Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with complex sales cycles focused on professionalism, quality and accelerating revenue generation
Strong presentation and communication skills
Knowledgeable in one or more of the following: IDS/IPS, NGFW, SIEM, HBSS, etc.
Experienced in Salesforce CRM or equivalent
Office/Remote/Home Based, Travel required, Work authorization in relevant country.
