FAQ
Questions. Answered straight.
Yes. Every MCSS customer gets MobileSOC access for their whole security team at no additional charge — it ships as part of the managed service, with no per-seat or add-on fees.
Native apps for iOS and Android, available from the App Store and Google Play. Sign-in is handled through your existing identity provider via SSO, so there are no separate MobileSOC credentials to manage.
Yes. All traffic between the device and our SOC backend is end-to-end encrypted in transit, and data at rest is encrypted on our side. Sensitive content is never stored unencrypted on the device.
Receive real-time alerts, review incident details and investigation timelines, message your dedicated SOC analysts, and take action — approve containment, escalate, or close — directly from your phone, typically two taps from the notification.
Critical alerts are pushed in near real time as our SOC triages them. You control alert severity thresholds and quiet hours per user, so on-call staff get paged while others only see what matters to them.
Sessions are tied to your IdP, so access is revoked the moment an account is disabled. The app supports biometric/device-passcode lock, and we can force remote sign-out of any session from the SOC side.
No — it complements it. The full Customer Portal (tickets, runbooks, reports, dashboards) remains available on desktop. MobileSOC gives your team the time-critical subset for responding while away from a workstation.
Once your MCSS service is live, we provision MobileSOC access through your IdP and your team installs the app and signs in with SSO — no separate onboarding. Adding or removing users is managed through your normal identity groups.
